home again...

after two solid days of driving, charles and i arrived at my house around 4:00 yesterday. the first order of business was to play wity my baby dog. we joined charles for dinner at a local italian place. more puppy play, then off to bed i went.

i have a bunch of pics to share and will do them as i can --time allowing. deadlines are knocking on the door. laundry, unpacking and of course catching up on sleep.

i'm glad to be home and in the arms of my loving husband. i hope everyone had a safe and uneventful trip home. --share your pictures with us!!!!! if you post them here to the blog, they can stay for as long as we want instead of revolving off the graphic board. just send me a note asking for the password and stuff. i trust you ALL know how to find me!!

goodness... i can't for the life of me remember what night this was, but we were all enjoying the social. here's me with Eliza Holliday---- so good to see her. it had been a long timeme, jen grove and eliza, having blast with lots of giggles.

here's a pic Ken Brown..oooops, i mean ken harris ;) took on monday night when jen grove and i went back to our class and work late. we had the best time!!!!!!! we reverberated our best joni mitchell voices throughout the building.

with the help of my beloved Sparks, Rhiannon Dent.. i finally resoroted to sending her my pics so she could get them cropped, corrected and uploaded....blogger isn't even kind enough to allow me a preview. without a detailed rambly post of three paragrahs, i am going to send these pics of work we did on our first day in Judy Melvin's class..amaZING the amout of work we cranked out, and the pace contines

Okay, i FiNally got the ethernet set up in my room. i had just finished uploading a picture for you, complete with a lengthy post about the events to date, when BAM, my browser "unexpectedly quit" taking with it all my work. i just tried uploading again, but nothing is cooperating. i'll try again later.. gotta get a quick nap before the next activity.

it was rude awakening last night at about 1:30. the fire alarms sounded thru our building. next thing ya know, we are all outside wearing our finest evening wear ; ) needless to say, we are a little worse from wear and tear today. i'll see if i can a picure uploaded for yyou, then i am off for another day of fun! teri

my friends,

i have some wonderful pictures to share with you, but i am having the hardest time getting this old laptop to coooperate with the camera and software....i will keep trying, but it's time for bed. hopefully i'll have success downloading.. soon!! i'm relentless and can't take no for an answer.. otherwise, it'll be a few days unless someone else pipes in

today was our first day of classes and from all accounts everyone is having a fabulous time!! I KNOW i had an incredible day! we had an excellent turnout for the CS dinner tonight!! had to be at least 40 folks there. it was WoNderFul to gather with our old friends and meet many new members!


Julian Waters delivered an incredible keynote speech this evening, and his introduction by Sheila was very touching. I have pictures of Julian, Sheila and Julian's family who were present.. very WoNDeRFuL stuff.

Brenda had her trademark rootbeer float social, serendipities, the place was buzzing. i hope i can get this all to work so you won't have to wait too long...

meanwhile, i see there's a virtual conference going on.. AWeSOmE!

time to snooze...

We are here. my %$#$%#@ laptop is NOT cooperating. this is my third attemp, somehow everything gets wipes out when it shouldn't!

anyway, i'm trying to get my camera to cooperate with the laptop here so i can send pics.

that's it for now. i had longer delaided stuff to send, but.. well, i don't know what happened.
